Frequently asked questions
Do you work directly with general contractors?
Yes. We routinely sub under GCs on TI projects and coordinate scheduling through the project manager. We can provide COI, additional-insured endorsements, and W-9 on request.
Can you do work after hours so we don't have to close?
Yes. Most retail and restaurant work happens between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. so the business can open normally the next day. After-hours rates apply but we schedule them up front in the quote.
Do you handle Title 24 lighting compliance?
Yes. All new commercial lighting installs and major retrofits in California require Title 24 compliance — occupancy sensors, daylight controls, demand response. We design to current code and document it for the final inspection.
What about three-phase service?
We handle commercial three-phase work up to 400A — panel upgrades, sub-panel installs, dedicated equipment circuits. Larger services (over 400A) we partner with a specialized industrial contractor.
